Platform use

PNT BizAI provides tools for creating websites, managing enquiries, generating business documents, producing marketing designs and requesting paid-plan activation. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they publish.

Acceptable content

Users must not publish illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, malicious or harmful content, impersonate another business, misuse customer information or attempt to bypass platform security.

Plans and payments

Payments are made through Razorpay-hosted Payment Links. A paid plan is activated only after the submitted Payment ID and amount are manually verified in Razorpay Dashboard. Plan duration, limits and prices are displayed before payment.

Generated content

The free smart copy generator uses category-based templates in the browser. Generated and template content must be reviewed by the user before publication. The platform does not guarantee legal, medical, financial or regulatory accuracy.

Free-plan technical limits

This edition operates within Firebase Spark-plan limits. Large images may be compressed or rejected, gallery capacity is limited, quotas may apply, and some advanced automatic features are intentionally not included.

Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change for security, compliance, maintenance, quota management or product improvement.

Account action

Accounts may be restricted or suspended for abuse, fraudulent activity, security threats, non-payment or violation of these terms.
