Information we process

We may process account details, business information, website content, small compressed images or public image URLs, customer enquiries, appointment requests, payment references and usage information needed to operate the platform.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, save and publish websites, provide business tools, route enquiries to website owners, manually verify plan payments, prevent misuse and provide support.

Payments

Payment pages are hosted by Razorpay. PNT BizAI does not request or store full card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords. Payment IDs and verification status may be stored for plan activation, support and records.

Firebase

Account and platform data is stored using Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Hosting. The Spark Free edition does not use Firebase Cloud Functions, Secret Manager or Firebase Storage.

Public information

Information included on a published business website is publicly visible. Enquiries and appointment requests are shared with the owner of the website to which they were submitted.

Security and retention

Firestore Security Rules and account-based access controls are used to limit data access. Information is retained while needed for platform operation, legal obligations, dispute handling and account administration.
